4年ぶりに絵の展示をすることになりました。
出産・育児・仕事復帰・・・
と新しい体験が詰まった4年間。
それは想像をしたこともなかった
体も心も頭も猛スピードで
変化し続けた日々でした。

今回のタイトルは「DAPPI to go」。
コーヒーのテイクアウトを意味する
Coffee to goと脱皮をかけました。
脱皮（=結構大変な変化）も
コーヒーをテイクアウトするかの様に
軽やかにしたいよね、という思いを込めて。
（実際はずっとヒィヒィ言っていただけに。）

It's been 4 years since my last exhibition.
These 4 years were packed with new experiences.
Giving birth, sleepless nights, returning to work and more.
How my body, mind, and head underwent so many changes at such high speed!

The title "DAPPI to go" is a combination of the word DAPPI (molting) and the phrase "coffee to go".
It is my wish to go through changes - which are often pretty tough to face - in a casual manner as if you are just grabbing a cup of coffee (because the reality was completely opposite to that, to be honest.)
