【重要】貸し会議室 予約システムリニューアル（移行）に伴うお知らせ
いつも Creative Lounge MOVをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
2026年11月1日より、現在の貸し会議室の予約システムから新システムに移行いたします。
新システムは10月20日（火）より受付を開始し、10月20日（火）〜10月31日（土）は移行期間として、現行システムと新システムを併用いたします。

システム移行に伴う変更点・お手続きについては、以下の通りご案内いたします。
ご予約方法について
ご予約いただくご利用日によって、予約先のシステムが異なります。
11月以降のご利用分は、現行システムではご予約いただけませんので、新システムよりご予約ください。

重要11月以降のご予約をすでにお持ちの方へ
10月19日（月）までに現行システムでお申し込みいただいた11月以降のご予約は、新システムへ自動的に移行されます。お客さまご自身での再予約は不要です。
新システムへのログイン・アカウント移行について
新システムのご利用にあたり、お客さまの登録状況によってお手続きが異なります。
1MOVメンバーの方（店頭にてメンバー登録がお済みの方）
お手続き：メンバー専用サイトMOV Villageにご登録いただいている「メールアドレス」と「パスワード」にて、そのまま新システムへログインいただけます。
2予約アカウントをお持ちで、MOV店頭でのメンバー登録がない方
お手続き：恐れ入りますが、新システムにて新たにアカウントの作成（新規登録）をお願いいたします。
新システムでの主な変更点

02メンバー専用サイトMOV Villageからもご予約可能に
MOVメンバーの方は、MOV Villageからそのままご予約いただけます。
03ご予約時は「当日ご利用になる方」の情報がおすすめ
※ご予約者さまの情報でのご予約ももちろん可能です。
これまでと変わらない点
ご利用者さまのうち1名以上のメンバー登録が必要です
会議室のご利用には、これまで通りMOVメンバー登録が必要です。
メンバー登録には身分証と登録料が必要です
ご本人確認書類（身分証）と、登録料330円をご用意ください。
お客さまにはご不便・お手数をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

From November 1, 2026, we are switching from our current meeting room reservation system to a new system.
The new system opened for reservations on Tuesday, October 20, and from October 20 to October 31 (transition period), both the current and new systems will be in use.

How to Book
Which system to use depends on the date you will use the room.
Reservations for November or later can no longer be made in the current system, so please book through the new system.

ImportantAlready have a reservation for November or later?
Reservations for November or later that you made in the current system by Monday, October 19 will be moved to the new system automatically. There is no need to book again.
Logging In & Account Transfer
What you need to do depends on how you are currently registered.
1MOV Members(registered as a member at the MOV front desk)
What to do: You can log in to the new system right away using the email address and password registered on MOV Village, our members-only site.
2Users with a reservation account but no MOV front-desk membership
What to do: We apologize for the inconvenience, but please create a new account in the new system.
What's New in the New System

MOV members can also make reservations directly from MOV Village.
03Enter the details of the person using the room
*Of course, you may still book under the booker's own details.
What Stays the Same
At least one person in your group must be an MOV member
As before, MOV membership is required to use the meeting rooms.
Membership registration requires ID and a fee
Please bring a valid photo ID and the ¥330 registration fee.
