【aiiima】利用料金の改定および料金体系の統一についてのお知らせ

いつもaiiimaをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度aiiimaでは、よりシンプルで分かりやすいサービスを提供するため、2027年1月1日より料金体系を一本化することとなりました。
これまでは企業・団体規模の拡大に伴い「法人価格」への移行が必要でしたが、今後は、変わらない使いやすさと同一の料金体系でご利用いただけます。個人・法人の垣根なく、すべての挑戦をフラットに応援したいという想いから、今回の改定に至りました。
なお、サービスの維持・向上および運営コストの変動に伴い、誠に恐縮ながら以下の通り利用料金を改定させていただきます。
改定内容
個人・法人の区分を廃止し、組織規模に関わらず、すべてのご利用者さまに共通の料金を適用いたします。

改定実施時期
2027年1月1日以降のご利用分より適用
※お申し込み日にかかわらず、2027年1月以降のご利用については新料金を適用させていただきます。ご了承ください。
今回の料金一本化により、従来の「法人価格」は廃止となります。これにより、みなさまのプロジェクトが企業や団体へと大きく成長を遂げた際にも、料金を気にすることなく、これまで通りの使いやすさでaiiimaをご活用いただけるようになります。
設備拡充への取り組み
aiiimaでは、みなさまに寄り添う場所であり続けるため、日頃よりいただくご要望にお応えし、直近でも設備の拡充を進めております。今後も皆様の活動がより豊かになるよう、快適な環境づくりとサービスの向上に努めてまいります。
- 照明器具の刷新： 調光・調色可能なスポットタイプへと刷新し、より柔軟な演出が可能になりました。
- 備品の追加： より快適にご利用いただけるよう、各種備品を拡充しております。

*This notice is for all current and future users of the rental gallery space "aiiima."
Thank you so much for always creating and sharing wonderful moments with us at aiiima. We truly appreciate your continued support.
To make our rental gallery space even simpler and easier to use for your creative journeys, we have decided to unify our pricing structure starting January 1, 2027.
Up until now, we asked our users to switch to a corporate plan as their companies, brands, or organizations grew. Moving forward, everyone will be able to enjoy the exact same ease of use under a single, shared pricing system. This change comes from our heartfelt desire to support every exciting challenge equally, without any barriers between individual creators and corporations.
To keep improving our space and to balance changing operational costs, we will be revising our rates as follows. We kindly ask for your understanding.
What is Changing
We are removing the line between individual and corporate accounts. A single, flat rate will now apply to all of our creators and clients, no matter the size of your organization.

Effective Date
Effective for all gallery usage from January 1, 2027 onward
*Please note that even if you book early, the new rates will apply to any usage in or after January 2027.
With this change, our old corporate pricing will be completely phased out. This means that as your exhibitions and creative projects grow into bigger teams, brands, or organizations, you can keep using aiiima smoothly and comfortably, without worrying about a price bump.

We always want aiiima to be a welcoming, inspiring space that grows alongside your creativity. That is why we love listening to your feedback and continuing to expand our available equipment. We will keep doing our best to create a comfortable, flexible environment where your vision can thrive.
- Lighting Upgrades: We recently upgraded our gallery lighting to fully adjustable, dimmable, and color-tunable spotlights to showcase your work beautifully.
- Additional Equipment: We are continuing to expand our available equipment and props to better serve your needs.
